Bookings and Payments
Horse riding lessons must be booked in advance, and payment can be made at the time of booking if done in person or before the lesson begins. We accept payments in cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods specified on our website.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.
Cancellations made with less than this notice may not be refundable.
In case of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen events, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons. In such cases, a full refund will be offered if payment has already been made, otherwise, the lesson/ride can be rescheduled.

Safety Rules
All minor participants must wear a safety helmet during equestrian activities.
For adults, wearing a helmet is not mandatory but is always strongly recommended.
Visitors are required to follow staff instructions and behave safely and respectfully towards horses and other people. Instructors also reserve the right to terminate the lesson in case of dangerous or inappropriate behavior.

Liability and Insurance
Participating in equestrian activities involves risks. Each participant in the school or horse owner will pay a fee for insurance coverage at the beginning of the year. For those who participate in occasional rides, the insurance coverage fee is included in the price of the ride.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately after publication.
